Once upon a time, in the early 2000s, we dominated the real estate, business, property management, and mortgage lending game as Prestigious One Property Management.
Our love for what we were doing, as well as the intelligent efforts we put into every bit of work we did, earned us many satisfied clients, partners who were proud to be a part of our successes, and most importantly, the drive for us to keep going. Fast forward a bit… the market crash in 08’ took place (which we’re sure everyone remembers). As a result of such a drastic overnight change, everything slowed down, and we were forced to close down and find another way.
This took a lot of time, learning and experimenting over the years on our part as we came to terms with the truth: Our approach could no longer be the same as before. We had to put together what works NOW and roll with it harder than we’ve ever done before. Finally, thanks to new technology and endless resources, we knew what we needed to do. So, years after our previous success, we came back stronger than ever as Grand Premium Consulting Services, LLC, becoming twice as successful as before. Now, however, we aim more towards guiding others on how they can grow and improve quicker in these areas, achieving satisfaction for themselves, their clients, and their partners.
